Founded by Daniel Chong, Kumo Japanese Dining is a restaurant in Alexandra Central Mall offering delicious Japanese cuisine, preparing all their dishes onsite with quality ingredients.

Within just 2 weeks, Advocado helped Kumo to launch their 3-tier membership programme, with different linked benefits for each tier. Daniel noted that many customers mentioned the programme’s benefits to staff, appreciating their engagement with his restaurant.
“The QR codes on the standees,” he says, “make it very easy for them to sign up.” Within only 5 months, the restaurant has attracted a sizeable number of members, and Daniel plans to continue looking for new ways to use the system.
