Founded by Jerry Liao in 2017, Nuodle operates 20 F&B outlets in Singapore specialising in hand-pulled halal Lanzhou beef noodles. Jerry, who moved to Singapore in 2005, wanted to show the diverse flavours of Chinese cuisine to an overseas clientele. With a focus on authenticity, Nuodle aims to continue the practices of noodle-making developed over thousands of years by Lanzhou noodle artisans.
Amanda values the fact that Advocado provides a full suite of customer reward mechanisms, from store credits to discount vouchers. Her marketing team easily designed a membership programme that suited Nuodle down to the ground, with few limits on what they could do. Thanks to Advocado’s easy installation and its ability to be accessed anywhere, they were able to launch the programme in a month and a half in time for the 12/12 sales. Moreover, Amanda was particularly impressed with the level of support from the business development team, with whom she discussed new customer rewards ideas.

Within just 3 months of launching the membership program, 20% of Nuodle’s members have used the store credit feature to get more value for their money. On top of that, since Advocado takes care of customer rewards, Nuodle was able to focus on their expansion plans. They planned for and opened 2 new outlets in Singapore in the runup to their membership programme launch. With the successful launch of the membership programme, Nuodle is still looking for more opportunities to work with Advocado and achieve a better customer experience. Amanda noted that “the support team was glad to help us with integrating Advocado into our self-ordering kiosks, which a lot of customers use to order.”. All in all, customers can redeem their rewards no matter which outlet they patronise and how they order at the outlet.
