She also took a shine to the customer segmentation function that Advocado offers, noting that “we segmented the customers by location since some of them only patronise one brand, and some patronise both.”

 

 Leanne also appreciates the responsiveness of Advocado’s customer success team and the IT team, as they reply promptly to any queries or issues Seoul Garden had. They were especially accommodating when she put in requests for special configurations of Advocado’s system, like when she asked for a different layout for the customer reports.
