Singapore, September 17, 2023 — Singapore GP Pte Ltd, organisers of the Formula 1 night race, streamlined their staff meal redemption system over the race weekend by leveraging on one of the modules on Advocado’s Customer Relationship Management platform. This innovative approach greatly improved the redemption process, contributing to a more efficient operation and greatly reduced the environmental impact.
Meals were redeemed using mobile telephone numbers via an online portal, making it more convenient for food service crew to manage redemptions and expediting the process for the collection of more than fifty thousand staff meals over the five-day event.
The ability to track voucher usage in real-time provided live updates on redemptions, offering a clear and accurate overview of food consumption across multiple cafeterias throughout the circuit park. This improved operational efficiency and allowed cafeteria staff to focus on providing better food service, instead of dealing with the logistics of physical coupons. Moreover, the data obtained from this system will aid in better planning of resources for future events, which will potentially reduce waste.
