
The Challenge
- iROO is a very forward-thinking brand that believes in customers first. They were already managing customer’s data for a few years, with the clear intention to reward their loyalty, but that was no affinity with a trustworthy partner and system that could move things in the direction iROO wanted.
- Sometimes, iROO rewards were manually done on pen-and-paper that was labour intensive and time consuming. This resulted in missing information and human errors. iROO was in search for the right customer loyalty system and increased marketing automation.
